Kerri's passion for leadership development is shaped by a career spanning marketing, cybersecurity, and IT within complex, high-stakes environments. Her work across organizations such as Google, IBM, ExxonMobil, Booz Allen Hamilton, Dell, and the Department of Defense gave her firsthand insight into how leaders and teams navigate complexity, change, and competing priorities.
These experiences inform her work today as a coach, consultant, and facilitator. Kerri partners with leaders, leadership teams, and organizations to create clarity, strengthen alignment, and design conversations that move work forward — whether through one-on-one coaching, strategic consulting, or facilitated group sessions.
